POLICIES – DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION (effective 1/6/2023)
Deposits for Boarding ONLY Reservations
A current credit card number is required to be always kept on file.
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first-serve basis. We strongly recommend requesting a reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. If your request is put on a wait list, a deposit is not charged until the booking reservation is confirmed.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation booking and the FULL BALANCE is due on the day your pet arrives. All incidental charges will be due at departure.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks and Cash.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be applied as a credit. NO refunds will be issued.
During Peak & Holiday throughout the year there is a 3-night minimum stay, 12/19/23 – 1/2/24 there is a 5-night minimum stay.
Date Changes to Boarding ONLY Reservations
A current credit card number is required to be always kept on file.
All changes to the ARRIVAL date must be requested and confirmed prior to 3 days of the first scheduled day (subject to availability).
All changes to the DEPARTURE date must be requested and confirmed prior to 3 days prior to the last scheduled day (subject to availability).

If your reservation is cancelled or changes are made to your reservation with less than 24 hours in advance, you will still be responsible for the entire time reserved. NO refunds.
Cancellations of Boarding ONLY Reservations

Prior to 7 days of scheduled arrival: Deposit may be credited to future services or stay. NO refunds.
Less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival: Entire deposit is forfeited. NO refunds.
Off Peak Dates:
Prior to 3 days of scheduled arrival: Deposit may be credited to future services or stay. NO refunds.
Less than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival: Entire deposit is forfeited. NO refunds.
On Site PRIVATE Lessons & Zoom Lessons – Rescheduled or Cancelled
A current credit card number is required to be always kept on file.
Minimum 24-hour notice is REQUIRED for all changes of scheduled Private & ZOOM Lessons.
Rescheduling or Cancellations prior to 24 hours of start time: Original payment may be used as a credit for future lesson or service.
Late cancellations and “No Shows” are not credited or transferable and will be charged at normal rate. NO refunds.

Date Changes & Cancellation of BOARD & TRAIN Programs

If you need to cancel or change the date of your Board & Train Programs, the following restrictions apply:
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
All requests to change the ARRIVAL date must be made prior to 14 days of the ARRIVAL date (subject to availability) AND approved by trainer.
Rescheduling or Cancellations prior to 14 days of ARRIVAL, Original deposit is credited to future date. NO refunds.
Rescheduling or Cancellations less than 7 days of the ARRIVAL date: Original deposit is forfeited, NO refunds; a new deposit is required to reschedule.
GO HOME LESSONS of Completion of Training
Your Go Home Lesson is an integral part of the QK Dogs Training Programs and is NOT OPTIONAL, this lesson is tentatively scheduled on the arrival date and is subject to change by the trainer based on the needs of your dog.
The Go Home Lesson is scheduled for a 2-hour time slot however may take longer based on your questions and needs (with additional hourly fee). The lesson billing time starts from the time scheduled regardless of the time you arrive, if you will be more than 30 minutes late, the trainer may NOT be able to accommodate the 2-hour dedicated time.
A courtesy call if late is required.
